Spacers Clamps
- Rubber
Spacers Clamps are used in the assembly
of preformed Armour Grip spacer
systems to maintain space between
conductors at their designed configuration.
- They
accommodate mechanical force and
movements arising from transient
phenomena such as short circuits,
snow fall, ice formation and wind
loading during the operating life
of the transmission line.
Suspension Inserts
- Suspension
inserts are used in the assembly
of preformed Armour Grip system
to reduce static and dynamic stress
at the conductor support point and
thus protects the conductor from
wind induced motion.
- They
are made in various sizes to fit
standard conductor sizes known as
Moose, Bersimis, Zebra, Panther
etc.
