Product Design and Development

Product development, both customer designed and standard product, is our core competency.

	Assisting customers in designing their products from the conceptual stage with the help of Auto CAD, Pro-E along with analysis software and engineering tools for solid model design and optimization.
	Associating with customers to develop cost effective solutions for their requirements and offering our advice on concepts, ideas and feasibility of the product.
	Providing support throughout the product life cycle including engineering change management.

Material Technology and Compound Design

Rubber Technology specialization backed by vast experience and in-house facilities is our key for development, validation and manufacturing of a wide spectrum of rubber products of complex geometry. 

	We specialize in Rubber Compound Design based on all commercially available rubber materials including Natural Rubber, SBR, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile Rubber, HNBR, Butyl Rubber, Hypalon, VAMAC, Tyring Silicone, Fluro Silicone, Viton, Polyurethane Rubber, Thermoplastic Rubber, etc.
	We are in compliance with international standards like SAE, ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS as well as customer specifications.

Mould Design

We design and build moulds that support the following moulding techniques:

	Injection
	Transfer
	Compression

Product Validation & Testing

We test and verify the quality and consistency of the raw material used in the compound for manufacturing of our products.

	We design in-house testing programs that will assure product quality and performance.
	In addition to product design and manufacturing process analysis, we conduct the following product validation tests: Endurance Test Dynamic Mechanical Analysis of Engine Mountings and Metal to Rubber Bonded Items Hose Vacuum and Pressure Test Fatigue Test and Environmental Resistance Product Life Prediction Tests
	All our compounds are physically tested and analyzed for various parameters like Tensile Strength, Hardness, Tear, Compression Set, Head Build Up, Abrasion Resistance, Air Ageing, Oil & Fuel Resistance, Ozone Resistance, Low Temperature Resistance, Electrical Properties.

Manufacturing Technology

We manufacture using the following techniques:

	Moulding - We specialize in all types of moulding processes for various Moulded and Rubber to Metal Bonded products.
	Extrusion - We manufacture using Single Screw Extrusion, Twin Screw Extrusion, Co-extrusion and complete lines for Hoses and Profiles.

Logistic & Delivery Support

We focus on shortening delivery time, reducing inventory costs and providing support to our customers in maintaining their required inventory level.  A dedicated marketing team and warehouses at multiple locations provide logistic and delivery support to our customers.
